When I boot up my computer or launch Radeon overlay my cursor starts these micro loads, which is very annoying. And when I click the hotkeys to capture my screen nothing happens. Even if i try to capture the screen using Radeon overlay. And when I saw this for the first time I launched task manager and saw that "Radeon Settings: Host Service" takes from 5-10% of my CPU usage and always "blinks" and moves between other applications. If I close it, infinitely loading cursor ends and obviously I can't use Radeon's Overlay capture screen. I tried to reinstall drivers and installing different versions but nothing helped. Any idea what I can do?
