i have x570 board and ryzen 7 2700x can i get on this combo a 16gb ram 3600mhz?

First go to your Motherboard's Support site and check the Specs concerning what RAM Speeds the Motherboard supports like the examples below:

THIS IS ONLY AN EXAMPLE:

3rd generation processors supports 3600 Mhz or higher overclocked but 2nd generation supports up to 3466 Mhz overclocked on this specific motherboard.

This Gigabyte X570 has the same RAM Speed specifics: X570 AORUS ELITE (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global 

So if these Specs are the norm for all X570 Motherboards, the highest RAM speed you can have with a 2nd generation Ryzen is 3466Mhz overclocked unless you find another X570 that might go up to 3600 Mhz.

If you were to purchase a 3rd Generation Ryzen then you can have RAM Overclocked at or past 4000Mhz.

my mothersboard supports until 3600mhz with oc but i dont know if cpu 2700x

Please post your motherboard's Make & Model and computer information including Windows version installed.

Most likely the 3600Mhz OC is for the 3rd Generation Processor.

3200Mhz is the sweet spot for the 2000 series,3600Mhz is the sweet spot for the 3000 series CPU.

Ok then i bought these ram and i think they will clock at 3200mhz until buy
