Unfortunately, I cannot find any evidence that your GPU drivers have worked since possibly Ubuntu 21.04 LTS, definitely do not work on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS OR Ubuntu 23.04 LTS, and whoever is pretending to update them must have 'quiet-quit.'
I have been unable to find any evidence that AMDGPU has worked at all since Ubuntu 20.04 so its pretty ballsey to include an HWE option. Nice!
