What OS? INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION
There is no such thing as a Radeon 4600...that is a SERIES of cards. Which one do you have?
Assuming this is NOT a laptop;
AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops
All of the HD4000 series are Legacy and are not supported under the newer OS.
