I have a "GA-AB350M-DS3H V2 (rev. 1.1)"
My bios version is f40, I would like to know if I can update to the latest version, or do I have to update one by one and if there is any software that does this update, without having to do it through the bios.

Since you are in BIOS version F40 already you should be able to update to the latest without out going one by one.
