Huge fps lost since 24.9.1 update

I was playing minecraft before the new drivers and i got around 120 fps with BSL shaders,after the update im playing 60fps with lag spikes

Could be the drivers, not sure if it's them but i had some stutter and fps loss with Windows update (KB5043145). There have been reports of many issues after updating the Windows.

Edit. Forgot to mention that uninstalling that Windows update fixed my PC, with 24.8.1 driver's.
