How to I disable the Radeon ALT + R notification that pops up every time a game loads?

I have already found and disabled both the overlay and the toast notifications in the Radeon Adrenaline Software 20.1.3. Yet, every game I play still gives me this pop up to push ALT + R. I have been playing Age of Empires: Definitive Edition and Age of Empires complains that another overlay process has interfered with it and doesn't even let me load up a single player game. How do I finally get the ALT + R notice to go away?

delete Alt+R key from Hot Keys section.

I would also like to know how to disable this, without disabling the function. I, like everyone else, is fully versed in how computers function and do not require random pop ups to constantly remind us of a hotkey we use all of the time. We're not stupid.
