High memory clock (=high power usage) when idle.

I've recently received my 6800xt and it works great, but it uses 50 Watt of power when in idle. That is if I enable Desktop recording on the Instant Replay feature. Now I've read up about this, seems like there is no way to fix this and it's kind of a "feature" to make sure I have an 'optimal' experience. (Even though having a useless high power draw is far from optimal)

But I didn't have this problem with my Vega 64, that used 18 Watt in idle with the same settings. That's just weird.

I really wish you guys could have a look at this issue. It's really not necessary to consume this much power when idle, you could do it with vega. Why not with Navi?

Thanks.
