Just built my pc with a ryzen 5 3600 and a asus x570 prime mb.. the problem is that my idle temps are sitting around the 60c on average. already with a aio on it !. how can i lower them ? lower voltage in bios?

everything in bios is set as it cam from manufacturing nothing has been changed
