Ever since yesterday everytime I boot my pc it comes up with this error "Loadlibary failed with error 1114: A dynamic link Libary (DLL) initalization routine failed" I don't know what else to do with it. I've went into the power settings and changed it to high perform and I've even tried to see if it was a driver update and no luck. I can run majority of applications but anytime I try to run something as Administrator or try to open the AMD application it gives me that error. I'm just kinda stuck at this moment and don't know what else to try. Its a Raedon RX 6600 TX if that helps.
