Hi,
i am experiencing problems with my Amd Radeon CPU.
I bought a new laptop, which is the asus vivobook pro 15 ryzen 7 with an nvidia rtx 3050 and Amd Radeon for the chipset, and lines started to appear on the 2nd day. The lines are moving horizontally and appear randomly anywhere on the screen, even when i'm just on the desktop.
I called the Asus helpline and they made me update my drivers, which i did, and it fixed the problem for 3 or 4 days, and then the lines reappeared, i don't have a clue why.
i have since tried to install the drivers again but without success, and i cannot install Amd adrenaline because the installation makes my laptop crash, or show error 195, saying that it cannot connect to the web ( i tried disabling my firewall but it didn't solve the problem )
I also identified that the problem is the amd radeon because when i disable the chipset, everything runs smoothly without lines.
Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it ?
