Hello! I have a problem with my graphics card ( Aorus Gigabyte RX580 8gb 256bit ) when I play games (high graphics) it goes in 30 fps max. After I reinstall the driver it goes perfectly ( 60-250 fps ).Once again it happens the same thing and I need to reinstall the driver again.

Pc specification:  CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x 3.4ghz

Motherboard: Aorus Gigabyte GA-AX370 Gaming 5

Graphics card: Aorus Gigabyte rx580 8gb 256bit

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 SE AM4

Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 2400 MHZ

SSD: Samsung 960 Evo 250gb M.2

HDD: Laptop HDD Western Digital Blue 1tb

PSU: FSP Hydro G 750w Gold

Install the latest AMD driver 18.6.1 ​- Clean install with DDU (run DDU at safe mode)

Update:

I found that the core clock memory of the gpu remains at 300mhz (it is set at 1365mhz). That causes the very low frames in every game.
