Hi it says the name is AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series idk what to do also when i try to update and its finished then my pc has bad performance

Yes, it can be confusing when Windows identifies the graphics card by the "series" rather than the exact model. (ie. HD 6850 or HD 6870)

However those models use the same driver, so you can download either and it will work.
