I bought 5700XT a year ago, and still cannot use it because of driver problems

All drivers after 19.7.5 cause audio crackling or dropouts when GPU is idle
All of the problems correspond with SOC clock graph, every big drop causes audio crackling
Problems get worse if you use a USB audio interface (not even HDMI), I tried two different ones, steinberg ur12 gets audio dropouts and is completely unusable, Behringer UMC202HD gets crackling audio

Im sure the problem is not hard to fix, I could provide some additional info if amd wants to

Maybe somebody found a solution? I've tried everything I could find, nothing worked for me

I was having dropouts due to some driver issues recently. It wasn't related to graphics card though but motherboard (A-520M) and Windows. My monitor does not have audio built in. My only option was to use headphones connected to motherboard jack. I posted the issue in Asus forum as well as here. The links below:
