HD8730 windows 10 x64 driver install fail since 2016. Latest version 18.2.1 failed too

Issue is persistent since crimson came out in 2016. Windows 7 x64 driver is working. because of this i have to use dual boot I my PC both win 7 and win 10. 7 for gaming and 10 for work. and win 7 does not support dx12 too so sad. I saw hundreds of people reporting same issue in various hardware but AMD is silent. no fix for us. worst company ever. I'm gonna sell my laptop now and buy one with nvidia VGA.

Your  used Dell laptop may not be compatible having Dual Boot with two Windows installed. Need to post the exact Make & Model of the Dell laptop to see what Windows version it originally came with. Plus you need to install the appropriate latest Intel Chipset and Graphic drivers for both Windows 7 & 10 from Dell Support.
