have a sapphire nitro+ vega 64 which i bought NEW from newegg in may this yr each new driver release my gpu get slower and drops in boost freg. from 1630 mhz to now around 1540 mhz . and will not undervolt like it was . i whent to yourdriver download and opened specifications for the driver and it says boost frec is only 1546 mhz are you lowering boost on partner cards to the fe blower vega 64 specs gonna copy this and screen shot the page for later.
