Have a Problem with AMD Drivers Audio Glitch

I installed a new 5700 video card. After installing the AMD driver, there was noise/glitch in the sound.
My stage:
AMD Ryzen 5600G
MSI RX 5700xt 8gb
32gb kingston ram
windows 10 pro
I am using external audio interface audient id14 mk2
Before installing the video card, I used the built-in gpu vega 7 and goes well and i have no problems with it
I tried a lot of things, for example installed a new BIOS, tried installing old versions of AMD drivers, reinstalled the audio interface drivers, tried sound without an audio interface through the realtek driver, nothing helps

The problem disappears only after a clean removal of the video card driver via DDU

Suspect the AMD HD Audio is interfering with your USB-C audio device. Does your monitor have speakers? Both HDMI and DP can carry audio. Can try disabling the AMD HD Audio and make sure your Audient id14 is set as primary.

Here's another thread by someone who had a conflict with a USB headset, several options to try there although it appears did not resolve the issue.
