I am getting graphics and video corruption on some HTML5 content in driver 19.3.1 that i was not getting in 18.9.3 my previous driver. I have an R9 390 8GB on Windows 7 Pro.
Youtube for example, from what I can see, works well. As I recall it was switched over to HTML5 some time ago.

If I scroll up and down I get the image repeating over and over. In some videos the content wont show up at all or there will be bad graphical corruption shown but the actual content will not be displayed. Again, this did not happen in 18.9.3 and my card has no issues.
i am going to be reverting my drivers back to 18.9.3 now.
