If you have a AMD APU processor when you update the APU integrated Graphics it will also update your 7400M GPU card.
If you have a Intel APU processor then you must update the Intel Graphics, ChIpset, & BIOS for your laptop first before updating the 7400M GPU card.
All 7000 series GPU are not supported with anymore AMD Driver updates. The last update for all 74xxM GPU cards are from 2015 or 2016.
You can run GPU-Z to determine the exact 74xxM GPU card you have installed or SPECCY to give you all the information on your hardware and software.
