Hi !
As of now GTA V and Online still suffer bad performance during night time on AMD hardware. I run Ryzen 5 5600 and RX6700xt and during the night fps caps at 75fps and in some areas it caps at 50fps while during the day it can push 140+ fps. I found only way to fix issue is to turn down water quality to normal but that still doesn't fix issue fully. (GPU still underutilized during night, sometimes it falls to 15-25% usage).
I am running latest drivers for gpu and chipset.
I am wonder if anyone found any solution that might fix this issue.
