hello i have rx 580 graphics card. My gpu usage varies from 75% to 100% even when my computer is idle. Is this normal? Or could it be the Mining virus?

You can go to the Processes tab, and view GPU usage by process. If you do not see that columns, right-click on column headers, and select GPU.
