GPU Clock and Memory Clock Stuck. Amd made a UVD bug again, and does nothing. A month has passed the error is not fixed?

Video Card amd 280x. I'm tired of having to restart my computer all the time. Memory frequency is constantly stuck. Why is it so difficult to correct an already corrected error again? I don't understand what amd's problem is.

The error was corrected uvd driver 18.8.1. 53453453454353.jpgWe have been waiting for corrections for a year and a half. Again, this error is returned in the new drivers? Employee ray_m says that amd acknowledged the problem. But it seems he just ignores it, since there is no news just.

Similar problem with  RX 580 and 144hz monitor

At 120 hz everything is ok but at 144 memory clocks up to max 2100 mhz and never drops.

When i bought RX 580 a year ago it was already well-known problem. And it still persists.

Never saw it fixed.
