my GPU and VRAM are stuck at 200 MHz I'm having really bad performance plz help ( more info: yes I have overheated before but not anymore happen around a week ago when I unlocked tuning the I had a fix when I set my GPU and VRAM min / max on a higher MHz then one time GPU power down was enabled this time I'm stunned so plz help)
