got a xr 7900 xt, now my displays crash and sometimes only 1 is detected after the crash

I have had this card for like 2 months now, and I run it on windows 11. It's odd because the crashing only happens when NOTHING is going on. When I am playing a game or watching a video my displays do not crash, but as soon as I pause the video or close the game my pc might crash.

When restarting after a crash, most of the time only my second monitor comes back. I used to be able to get my main monitor back by turning the monitor off and on while my PC booted back up but that does not work anymore. The only way to get my main monitor back now is by uninstalling the drivers by DDU and then reinstalling them, but that does not solve the crashing

I have now resorted to having videos play in the background while i download games so it does not crash. I have a 4 hour long video playing right now to avoid a crash. I have no idea what to do, does anyone know a fix?

I have a Sapphire 7900xtx and have been having the same issue, gaming or just web browsing leads to pc crashing, resolution settings being reset and broken driver software only fixable by uninstalling with DDU and reinstalling.  The only thing that 100% fixed the issue was installing only the driver without the Adrenaline software which sucks as it is required to use any of AMD features.  Sucks that I am out of the return window for Amazon because I would return this and go back to NVIDIA.  Seems like this has been a problem for a while with AMD never acknowledging the issue and they will stall until the next gen GPUs release.
