To avoid confusion, i will be writing about this game, specifically its PC port:

Since catalyst 20.12.x the game loses a lot of performance when:
a) Vsync ingame is enabled
b) Game runs in Fullscreen mode
at the same time.
Currently i am running 21.3.2 with Radeon VII, and using anything older than 21.3.1 is however not viable for me (i need FRTC for legacy games, and newer drivers because of Resizable BAR enabled in my BIOS)
