You need to thank AMD Moderator RAY_M who is the one that posts all new AMD Driver releases at AMD Forum.

I just posted the actual Release Notes since I know most Users are lazy about checking that sort of thing out.

I'm on a clean install, 2 days old, and this reduced my RX 6900 XT's performance a bit as has each update since the 21.3.1 release.
