I looked my event viewer and had the error following as

The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) encountered a non-recoverable error in the TPM hardware, which prevents TPM services (such as data encryption) from being used. 

My Motherboard is A320M

My BIOS version is F54B

And I updated with the latest AMD chipset on the motherboard manufacturer which is given version 3.10.22.706

What exact make/model motherboard, is it an add in TPM chip or software fTPM. What OS (and build version).

Is it a recurring event viewer error or a one off and what error ID number/s are associated.
