I have bought my notebook with Ryzen 6800h at 2022. All this time i have this strange behavior: if i do not use some of applications for a some time (about 15 minutes) i have delays on my response at my first action.
Examples:
1. Telegram:
After Telegram idle when i try to open any photo or video i have freeze (delay about 2-4 seconds). All subsequent tryouts have not this delay untill the next idle.
I have opened Issue on Telegram github with video demostration https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/27323. Developers closed this issue and answer this is driver bug.
2. Browsers:
After Browser idle when i try to change tabs i have freeze (delay about 2-4 seconds). All subsequent tryouts have not this delay untill the next idle.
What helps:
When i disable hardware accelleration (GPU Rendering) on applications side there is no such freezes. But this increase CPU load, power cosumption, temperature and fan noise.
What i tried and not helped:
1. All this time i tried to updaet AMD Addrenaline drivers. But more than year left, no changes at all.
2. Clean drivers install with AMD Cleanup Utility
3. Reinstall Windows 11, and install Windows 10.
4. Disable MPO.
