I've already reported this bug through my Radeon software but I wanted to report it here as well:
I'm using a Radeon 6900XT connected to an LG CX TV at 4k 120fps 10bpc Full RBG and noticed that when I'm using the May or April driver with VSync enabled in my games there is a framedrop/stutter about every 2 minutes - similar to the user in this Guru3D post - https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/rx-6900-xt-drops-fps-every-2-minutes.438010/
If I install the 21.2.3 driver from February the issue is resolved. If VSync is disabled on the newer drivers it also does not seem to happen, however it appears there is a regression in the driver functionality with respect to VSync after the February update...
