fps drops/stuttering

so i did this combination windows strg shift b which is just a driver reset but since then i got immense fps drops. Valorant which worked fine (average 165 fps because i capped it) till now is really hard to play now out of nowhere i got these stuttering/fps drops and its going down till 130 even 90 fps.Not only Valorant is like thatin other games it happens too for example when I try to launch Forza it really takes longer than usual and sometimes the gpu is at 0% like its giving up. And to keep in mind i built this pc 7months ago all parts are brand new. I feel desperated and dont know what to do pls help me out

Per Google the Windows Key + Ctrl + Shft + B hotkey combo triggers a reset of the graphics driver and is meant to recover from a screen that has frozen or gone blank/black and did not auto-recover.

AMD Adrenalin software already has this functionality built in and should attempt to auto-recover from driver crashes on its own - no need to use a Windows hotkey to force it.

If you're still experiencing problems with your graphics driver try completely uninstalling all existing driver files using DDU or similar, then reinstall the latest driver package for your card.
