I was using an old driver for my Rx580 and my fps was around 40~50 so i uninstalled it using amdcleanuputility then installed 23.11.1
Now my fps is capped at 30 fps no matter what settings i'm playing on, high is 30 fps and low is 30 fps
How can i fix this?
