My fortnite is getting around 40-50 fps and dips to 5 on low settings. I have a lot of frame stutters and not sure why. My gpu usage is low and gpu clock is low. My gpu is being used on my rx5500 4gb eom I am pretty sure. Please help I have tried everything.
