Also does this error occur in a specific program like Adobe or some other rendering program or professional program?
To see if OpenGL is really enabled on your GPU Card download and run GPU-Z. At the bottom see if OpenGL and OpenCL are both check marked.
If both are check marked that indicates that the AMD driver is properly installed and working and that both OpenGL and OpenCL are enabled on your GPU card.
