extraneous sounds through display port connection

Help! How to fix the problem? After updating the driver for 2019-19.11.3-minimalsetup-191118_64bit, squeaks and extraneous sounds appeared in the speakers of the AOC Agon AG322QCX 31.5 monitor through the connection of the display port from the gigabyte 5700xt video card to the monitor. Before the update, everything worked without problems, it helps to fix the computer restart - the sound is clear.

Can you mute the monitor? Do you have an sound card installed onto your PC and are you sure it's not coil whine? With that driver, it seems like (including myself) there's a bit of coil whine. Unfortunately I had a RMA on it so hopefully it was the card...but seems like it's a driver issue and the 5700xt cards

the problem was fixed by the release of new adrenaline 2020 drivers
