It started with Valorant where Alt+tabbing would cause the game to crash. I asked Valorant support about this and they said to reinstall AMD drivers. I did (and used cleanup utility), did not work. Then they asked me to use DDU, still did not work on 2nd reinstall. Now after those reinstalls, the new problem now is that every program that requires the gpu crashes on startup. Every single one. On my latest reinstall, there was a popup from amd that said "there was an issue with your display driver) even after reinstalling everything.
