Every newer version of Radeon software is decresing performace on my RX 570 8GB ?¿ difference is 31 fps past 2 months ??

Whent down again ?? whats wrong ?? no other software was installed past 2 weeks

Driver clean install  was done all the time

Using Cinebench R15
