Error 1603

How can i fix this issue I'm having any time I try to do the  AMD Radeon software installer i get this error. Please Help

When do you have it? At the very end of installation on like 96-99%, and the video driver still installs and works, including control panel? I too have this "issue" but just ignore this shenanigan. It's an AMD driver after all, what would you expect? The games run and the control panel works, so whatever.

If it prevents you from installing the driver completely though, that is a serious problem.
