very nice of amd/ati to f@@k this up, with the new patch(17.12.2 drivers) most of my dx9 games will not load up
Fatal Error Exception in Exception Handler while running most dx 9 games

i am not testing any more games because i do not have the time for it
and ati/amd never get it right or fix anything like the black screen with
Saints Row IV , Saints Row: Gat out of Hell STILL NOT FIXED so well done
