go find DDU and clean up the drivers and then try installing it again

Lately many Users of both AMD and Nvidia GPU cards are having issues similar to yours concerning that specific game.
I would follow Hardcoregames advice in using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Safe Mode with the internet disconnected and Root Directory folder C:\AMD deleted. Once DDU finishes and reboots into your desktop, with the internet disconnected, install the AMD Driver again. Once it installs successfully, reconnect the internet and again delete from the Root Directory C:\AMD.
So I just delete the whole C:\AMD folder and run DDU?
