Hello,
Excuse my English, I'm just a poor ignorant and uneducated Frenchman.
I have a ryzen 5700x on a B550m Mortair Wifi with a GTX 3060 W11 and 32gb ram.
CPU drivers are from Mycrosoft, 2009 : 10.0.22621.819

Is this normal, are there no AMD signed drivers? If so where can I get them?

MIStore doesn't work on my machine, i don't have a HDD just a 1TB nvme for C and a 2TB SSD for D, it won't install.

If you asking if there are AMD drivers for your Ryzen 7 5700X there aren't any. The only time a processor needs a driver is if it has Integrated Graphics.

Windows installs special Processor drivers that are only updated when you upgrade Windows to a newer version.
