I have a problem pa-300 always. Always when i downloading drivers again, on the next day I have the same problem. I have turned off auto updating on windows, and yesterday i installed AMD cleanup utility, downloaded new drivers (recomended version) and today i have the same problem. What should i do

Did you use group edit to stop driver updates?  If you did not then you have not turned it off.

if i don't have group editor, i need to get it?

What OS ?, you can use (or add) a Reg. file as an option.
