Basically what the title states, white horizontal lines across my screen. Hasn't happened before and it works fine with 18.2.1.
Usually play at 1024x768(Stretched) with every at low, with multi-core rendering and anti-aliasing on.
I have had this issue since 18.3.4
Edit: updated to include latest version with the same issue.
