RAM: 2 8GB sticks (16GB in total) 2400mhz no xmp. (I tried with XMP 3000mhz as well, but did not change the issue).
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-750 80 plus Gold.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit version 22H2 (up to date at the time of this writing).
Storage: 1 SSD 480GBs, 1 HDD 2TBs.
Driver Version: 23.5.2 Full Install Adrenaline.
Monitor: AOC 24G1WG4
Description: Random TDR errors that crash games intermittently.
Troubleshooting:
Ran SFC in CMD as admin.
Disabled Multiplane Overlay.
Updated Windows.
No overclocking, underclocking, or undervolting. Everything at stock settings.
Verified all components have temps within spec using stress testing tools (prime95, MSI Kombustor)
Tested each RAM stick individually with MemTest86.
Verified PSU is powerful enough to handle all components using tools such as OuterVision Power Supply Calculator.
Performed a clean removal of drivers with AMD Cleanup Utility.
Checked for any known issues with the driver.
Changed out motherboard.
Changed out GPU.
Used compressed air to get dust off components.
Changed out PSU.

I've been having this issue on and off for over a year now. Before then, I also had the same issue with the same kind of card that I RMA'd. I remember that I also replaced the PSU that was 650 watts with the current 750 watts power supply as an attempt to fix the issue a few years ago to no avail. Sometimes I can go months without it happening, sometimes I can't seem to play a game without it crashing for a while. It's very inconsistent and frustrating as the intermittency of the issue makes it difficult to troubleshoot effectively.
