Recently in my job, we buy 50 PCS with the same configuration:

Amd Ryzen 3 1200

Amd Radeon R5 230

SSD 240GB

8 GB DDR4

2 LG 22MP55PQ MONITORS

After that, i install this driver for gpu: AMD Radeon™ R5 230 Drivers & Support | AMD (last driver)

When some people start to use Chrome, appears a white bar down the page:

(this is not from my pc, i just google it to put in the discussion for analogy)

this Happens on Windows Explorer too,

In some PCs, the mouse cursor crashes:

Searching on the internet forums, people relate this problem a driver problem. On the same AMD driver site, have two driver options, one of them are beta wich i test too but not solved.

Go to the computer manufacturers support site and download the correct drivers furnished by them. Also check for bios update.

Thanks for the answer, the drivers are correctly from AMD, but i think it's a bios problem maybe. I'm gonna check this.
