Whenever my instant replay is on, my mouse cursor loads like something is happening in the background . I tried deleting the driver and then installing it back again , updating didn't help . I installed the windows again , did not help . I game a lot and saving important gaming moments are important to me . I do not want to use OBS because I found the Radeon software more comfortable before this hassle started . Kindly help
