I've been having a recurring issue where my screen goes black and my PC reboots to login. After I login to the desktop I'm notified by AMD Adrenalin that my tuning settings have been reverted to default due to an unexpected system failure. It seems to happen at random. It has happened whilst watching Youtube in Opera GX browser, and it happens every night as I sleep. I wake up and my PC has restarted and is waiting at the login screen. I contacted Windows support and they remotely accessed my computer to investigate the event viewer. The tech told me that the problem is occurring because a graphics driver fails to start, which then tries to fallback onto a different display adapter. Since there isn't one, it reboots the PC. I've tried reinstalling the drivers. Windows 11 is up to date. I've left the tuning settings at default. I've updated the BIOS. The problem still occurs. I'd greatly appreciate some help with this issue. Thank you in advance.
