I had 18.9.3 driver for R9 290 but when I tried to update to 19.4 I get 1603 error, I cant go back to the old driver and now the only driver that installs normally is the base VGA one
I tried sfc /scannow now I get a dark screen at startup and the OS doesnt find the GPU I have
