I have an RX 6800. Displayport works fine but HDMI doesnt work. I can get into the BIOS but when I exit its just a black screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers and it didnt fix it any help?
I had this issue and it was due to Windows Safe Mode incompatibility with HDMI.
Using a DisplayPort cable, make sure you're not stuck in Windows Safe Mode -- there are guides out there on how to do this.
