In device manager the desktop detected the RX 5500 XT but there is code 39 in the description and kernel pnp 144 (I am not a computer expert so I hope this makes sense.) Me and my dad have tried virtually everything after taking months trying certain things, everything in the computer is a couple years old besides the PSU (because we thought that was the problem.) when rolling back or updating it reverts to the basic display adapter and I have no idea what to do. The only problem could be physical. I forgot to mention that when installing the drivers or actually all of the software from AMD for the Adrenalin (tried full, minimal, and driver install, pro, recomended, the other one) it restarts the computer to the blue screen where I revert the computer version or something.
