While playing Valorant, my ACER NITRO shuts off randomly. The game continues to run in the background. When I restart my PC, it switches on but I get an error message when I launch Valorant after the crash. The message that shows up is 'DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine'. Then, I have to redownload AMD's driver software from the website all over again for the game to run.
Has anyone faced this issue? Please help.
